Use your opposite hand
Oh this is a great brain challenge!
You don't have to do this all day but it's worth giving it a go... even just for some giggles. I know brushing my teeth was a real challenge and a bit messy too!
Try using your opposite hand for some of the following:
- brushing your teeth
- navigating your computer mouse pad
- setting the table
- eating a meal (it certainly made me eat my cereal more carefully)
- stirring your coffee or tea or a pot on the stove
- washing a window
- vacuuming or sweeping
- washing dishes
- navigating your phone
- picking up objects
